Arctic Air

The coldest air in six years will come into New England, and Boston will have its first night below 0 on Sunday and Monday night. Monday morning wind chills will be as low as 25 below 0, and even colder NW of the city. High temps will struggle to reach the teens, along with mainly dry conditions.

Boston, MA forecast:

Tonight: Clear with lows near 12 in Boston, 10 in JP and 4 in the suburbs.

Saturday: Bright sunshine with a high of 24. NW wind around 10 MPH.

Saturday night: Increasing clouds with a snow shower possible. Lows around 5.

Sunday: Snow shower possible early, then mainly sunny. Highs in the mid teens.

Sunday night: Clear and frigid with lows near 3 Below in Boston, 5 Below in JP and 14 Below in the suburbs.

Monday: Sunny and frigid with highs in the low teens. Wind chills as low as 25 BELOW before 10 AM.

US Weather: Temps as low as 45 Below hit northern MIN this morning, and highs near 0 in the twin cities.

  1. Heard another storm is on the way Wednesday - someone posted on my facebook page and said 3-6 feet? could they have meant inches? Report in Noloweather!
