A Cold Monday

 Arctic air will come into the area behind the storm leading to a cold and windy Monday. Tuesday will also be cold before temps moderate a bit for mid week. A rainstorm is possible late week as temps rise by Friday.

Tonight: Any snow ends, then clearing and windy. Low 12. NW wind of 15-25 MPH with gusts to 35 MPH. Wind chill values as low as 5 BELOW late. 

Monday: Mostly sunny and cold. High 25. NW wind of 15-25 MPH with gusts to 35 MPH. Wind chill values as low as 5 BELOW early. 

Monday night: Increasing clouds with a passing snow shower. Lows around 20.

Snow Forecast

 An area of low pressure will bring accumulating snow to the region tonight thru Sunday. A few inches are likely with more to the south. The snow will taper off by mid afternoon. Cold air will come into the area behind the storm.

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect south of Boston thru Sunday.

Tonight: Snow late. Low 28. NW wind of 15-25 MPH. 

Sunday: Snow. High 32. NW wind of 15-25 MPH. Total snow amounts to 2-4 inches.

Sunday night: Clearing and windy. Cold with lows around 15. 

Monday :Sunny with highs in the mid 20's .

Tuesday: Snow possible in the morning. Highs around 30.

Snow Sunday?

 More wind and cold is expected on Friday along with sunny skies. Clouds will increase on Saturday ahead of our next snow chance. A chance of snow is expected on Sunday, but how much will fall is still unknown. A small shift in the track will make a big difference.

Saturday: Sunny in the morning, then increasing clouds in the afternoon. Highs in the mid 30's.

Windy And Cold Again

 Behind the rain this evening cold air will come back into the region from Canada along with strong winds. As Thursday and Friday will be cold but dry as High Pressure slowly moves in. Clouds will increase on Saturday ahead of our snow chance by Sunday.

Rain Showers

 A front will bring scattered snow overnight with not much accumulation. Then temps on Wednesday will reach the mid 40's allowing for rain to fall in the afternoon. Thursday and Friday will be cold and windy before a chance for more widespread snow this weekend.

Tonight: Scattered snow. Temps near 25 this evening will rise to 32 by dawn. SW wind increasing to 15=25 MPH. Some dustings of snow are possible. 

Wednesday: Mostly cloudy until 3 PM, then rain showers. High 45. SW wind of 15-25 MPH with gusts to 35 MPH.

 An arctic front crossed the area this evening bringing snow squalls and gusty winds. Now, arctic air will come into the region tonight into Friday. A few snow showers are possible on Saturday as a storm passes to our south. After a dry Sunday more snow is possible by Sunday night.

Tonight: Clearing and frigid. Windy early with lows near 12 in Boston and 7 ABOVE in the suburbs. NW wind of 20-30 MPH with gusts to 50 MPH early, decreasing to 15-25 MPH late. Wind chill values as low as 7 BELOW late. 

Friday: Mostly sunny and cold. High 28. NW wind of 15-25 MPH. Wind chill values as low as 7 BELOW early.

 The rain fell throughout the day here in Boston with temps in the mid to upper 30's. Now, colder air will come in behind the storm and change any precipitation to ice and then snow. A small accumulation is possible by the morning. And, any standing water left will freeze overnight and become icy by morning.
