The last few winters have given us very few opportunities for snow. But this Winter I expect to be different. I expect around average snow and cold temperatures. The most snow may fall in the first half of the Winter with maybe an early spring next year. Of course, any major shift in the pattern during the times of storminess could lead to my forecast not being on track.
