Then heavy rain with even a few thunderstorms will arrive Wednesday evening. as the front approaches. As the front crosses temps will crash at least 20 degrees in just a few hours changing rain over to snow before ending. The strong winds will last through Thursday leading to wind chills in the single numbers.

Wednesday night: Heavy rain with scattered thunderstorms in the evening, then rain and snow late. Very windy with lows in the upper 20's. South wind of 25-35 MPH with gusts to 55 MPH, changing to West late. Total rainfall of 1-2 inches. And snow may coat the ground.
